U7, U9, U11, U13 & U15
Sunday 12th July
U8, U10, U12 & U14
Please note:
Matches for U7 & U8 will be played in a non-competitive round-robin format.
All age groups are in line with the 2025/2026 playing season
Arrival & Parking
Venue: Manor Park, Hackthorn Road, Welton, LN2 3PA

On arrival, please park as directed. Parking space is limited and we will do our utmost to accommodate everyone, but your full cooperation is essential. If the car park is full, parking is permitted elsewhere in the village where allowed. Car sharing is strongly encouraged.

Registration & Briefing
Please sign in at the pavilion no later than 9:30am.
You must have all squad details completed (maximum 11 players) and ready to hand in at registration.
A managers’ briefing will take place at 9:40am prompt.
Matches kick off at 10:00am SHARP.
On arrival, please also purchase a £3 programme, which includes raffle tickets.

Facilities & Important Information
Manor Park is a fantastic community facility, and we kindly ask for your help in keeping it that way. Please use the skip provided for all rubbish.
- A range of refreshments and snacks will be available all day from various vendors.
- BBQs and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
- Please refrain from smoking on site.
- Due to the nature of the event, we strongly advise not bringing dogs to Manor Park.
As per Mid Lincs rules, all teams are responsible for their own first aid. Please ensure you bring a fully stocked first aid kit with you.
